Use best products and methods to clean floors
News from The Detroit News:

Whenever I walk into a home, one of the first things I notice are the floors. And when I say “notice,” I mean what type of flooring the home has and how well is it maintained. Unfortunately, there isn’t one cleaning product or method that can work on all the different flooring that most homes have today.

After a winter of tracking in mud and snow on your shoes, or all the leftover food spills from the holidays, your carpet is ready for some TLC. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Marianna
News from Jackson County Floridan:

Get out your green garb — Main Street has set the date for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival.

This year’s “Tails Wagging” event will take place on Saturday, March 15, at Madison Street Park in downtown Marianna. The fun starts at 1 p.m. and goes until 5 p.m. There is no admission and all are welcome.

The kids will want to check out the blow-up slide and bounce house, and what festival would be complete without arts-and-crafts and food vendors? Main Street is currently looking for quality craft and food vendors for the festival.

This event will benefit Partners for Pets, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter, where cats, kittens, dogs and puppies need your help to keep their “Tails Wagging.”

Don’t leave your furry friends out of the fun. Dress your pets in green and come out and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Entries are being sought for the “Best St. Patrick’s Day Pet Costume.” To enter, bring your leashed pet along with a donated item for the shelter.

This year, Main Street is asking festival-goers to donate an item off the “Partners for Pets Wish List.” Needed supplies include: Cat litter, dog biscuits, dog chews, tennis balls, flea shampoo, pet vitamins, cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish detergent, dog collars (all sizes), 6-foot leads, stainless steel food bowl…………… continues on Jackson County Floridan
